Justice Nkabinde, known as Mr. Siyabonga Michael Nkabinde, is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa with a robust legal background. Admitted as Counsel in August 2022, Justice Nkabinde has been affiliated with the Pan African Bar Association of South Africa and is a member in good standing with the Legal Practice Council. Current roles include Advocate at PITJE CHAMBERS and member of the Legal Practice Council. Prior experience includes pupillage training at the Limpopo Society of Advocates and serving as a Candidate Legal Practitioner at Podbielski Mhlambi inc. attorneys. Justice Nkabinde holds a Master's degree in Human Rights Law from the University of Limpopo and dual Bachelor of Laws degrees in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, as well as Forensic Medicine Law from the University of Zululand.
