Tom Stephenson currently serves as the Vice President of Community & Legal Operations at Legal.io since May 2023. As a co-host and founder of Dear Legal Ops, a podcast launched in 2022, Tom actively engages in discussions on legal operations. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Director of Legal Operations at Credit Karma from 2021 to 2023 and served as Head of Legal Operations at Teladoc Health in 2020. Tom's earlier experience includes roles such as Legal Operations Manager at Keller Postman LLC, Senior Paralegal & Litigation Practice Manager at Golan Christie Taglia LLP, and Paralegal at Macey Bankruptcy Law. Tom earned a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Illinois Springfield.
