Lauren Forbes has held various marketing and communications roles since 2000. Starting with ECBM as a Marketing Associate in 2000, they then moved on to Capmark as an Internal Communications Coordinator in 2004. In 2006, they returned to ECBM as a Marketing Associate and then moved to Dechert LLP in 2007 as a Marketing Assistant. In 2013, they began working at Post & Schell, P.C. as a Marketing Manager and then moved to ECBM Insurance Brokers and Consultants in 2015 as a Project Management Contractor. In 2018, they began working at DIVERSANT, LLC as a Project Coordinator (Contractor for Merck) and is currently working at Legal Internet Solutions Inc. as a Social Media + Marketing Manager.

Lauren Forbes attended Archbishop Prendergast High School from 1996 to 2000. Lauren then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English and Communications from Cabrini University from 2000 to 2004.
