Shawn Homan, MSM, has a strong background in sales operations, strategy, and management. Shawn currently holds the position of VP, Sales Operations and Strategy at Legal & General America since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nationwide Financial, where they held various roles. From 2017 to 2020, they served as Associate Vice President, Practice Management, leading the largest coaching program in Financial Services in North America and implementing development programs to drive engagement and performance. Shawn Homan, MSM, holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Management from The American College of Financial Services. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSEd) in Human Development and Psychological Services from Northwestern University. Shawn completed their high school education at Dowling High School. In addition to their formal education, Shawn has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills.
