Fayrouz GASMI currently serves as the Head of Human Capital at Legal Doctrine since November 2023. Prior to this role, Fayrouz GASMI held several positions at Ooredoo Algérie from June 2007 to June 2022, including HR Operations Deputy Director and HR Service Delivery Deputy Director, where responsibilities included employee relations, benefits, and business support. Additionally, Fayrouz GASMI worked as Chef de projets in Planning & Performance RH and as a Supervisor. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Leadership/Management from the Swiss School of Management, completed in May 2023, and a Licence in Traduction et interprétariat from Université d'Alger, obtained in 2001.
