Kathy Hays has extensive experience in operations and legal administration, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia since July 2005. In addition to this role, Kathy has been a Limelife Beauty Guide with LimeLife by Alcone since February 2017. Kathy previously worked as an Independent Representative for Silpada Designs Sterling Silver Jewelry from September 2006 to July 2016, and as a GVP, Legal Administrator, and Custodian of Records at Riggs Bank from 1992 to 2005. Earlier experience includes a position as a Legal Assistant at Seyfarth Shaw from 1989 to 1992. Kathy Hays holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science obtained from Adams State University and the University of Colorado Boulder.
