Erika Aguilera is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in advocacy and outreach. Currently serving as an Outreach Paralegal at the Legal Aid Society of Mid New York, Inc. since May 2023, Erika previously worked at the Worker Justice Center of NY as a Worker Rights Advocate from August 2019 to April 2023. Leadership experience includes serving as Chapter President for the Epsilon Mu Chapter of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. from August 2018 to May 2019. Additional roles include an internship with the National Migrant & Seasonal Head Start Association and various positions at SUNY Oneonta, where Erika obtained dual degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and Philosophy. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Geneva High School.
