Taylor Junkin began their work experience in 2010 as an Inventory Manager at Suzy Shier Limited. In 2014, they worked as a Salon Coordinator at Volum Studio until January 2016. In 2017, they took on multiple roles at Clifton Kok LLP Legal Counsel, starting as a Legal Assistant from January to June. They then joined the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General as a Court and Client Representative in June 2017 and transitioned to Supervisor of Court Operations from May 2021 to April 2022. In 2022, Taylor worked as a Legal Assistant at Madorin, Snyder LLP from May 2022 to June 2023. Currently, they are employed at Legal Aid Ontario as a Client Service Specialist, starting in July 2023.

Taylor Junkin attended the University of Guelph from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. In August 2021, Taylor also obtained a certification in Management Foundations from LinkedIn.
