Kathryn Gamble-Lerchner began their work experience in 2003 as a Lawyer for a Government Agency. In 2003, they also started working at Legal Aid Ontario, where they held several roles including Area Committee Chairperson and Staff Lawyer, Manager of SLA. Brydges, Reciprocity and the Lawyer Service Centre, Senior Staff Lawyer, and Supervisory Duty Counsel, Halton. In their role as Supervisory Duty Counsel, they supervised staff lawyers and per diems providing legal services at the Halton courthouses. Kathryn also participated in liaison committees with the Judiciary and Court house Staff and served as an Articling Principle. Kathryn'smost recent role at Legal Aid Ontario was as the Area Committee Chairperson and Staff Lawyer.

Kathryn Gamble-Lerchner holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from Western University, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. Kathryn has also obtained a certification as a Mediator from LLM Osgoode Hall Law School, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
