Dianne Pyke has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Dianne started their career in 2005 as a Help Desk Analyst at MyTravel Canada and later worked as a User Account Administrator at Melbourne University. In 2007, they held positions as a Help Desk Analyst at Middletons and Telstra. Dianne then worked as a Systems Specialist at Tabi until 2010 before joining Charityshare Ltd as a Service Desk Analyst. In 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at H&M. Since 2013, they have been employed at Legal Aid Ontario, starting as a Service Desk employee and currently serving as a Project Manager. Dianne has gained expertise in providing technical support and resolving issues in various software and systems, including Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and Windows Active Directory.
Dianne Pyke graduated from Seneca College in 2003 with a degree in Computer Systems Technology.
