Dolores Cole has extensive experience in outreach and community engagement, currently serving as the Outreach Coordinator at Legal Aid Chicago since May 2015, where education on consumer fraud and elder abuse is provided to seniors, along with partnership initiatives for workshops at Rush University Medical Center. Previously, Cole worked as a Senior Ambassador at the National Able Network from May 2013 to May 2015, focusing on education related to the Affordable Care Act and establishing local partnerships for healthcare enrollment. Prior experience includes assisting the Minority Veterans Program Coordinator at the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs, managing outreach campaigns, and holding leadership roles in customer service at Stepan Company and ITW Paslode. Dolores Cole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Aurora University.
