Lisa Kavanagh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and support roles. Currently serving as a Home Care Specialist at Legacy Retirement Communities since May 2020, Lisa previously held positions including Software Support Concierge at Williams Group, where responsibilities included managing communications and providing support for consulting services. Lisa has also worked as an Optical Technician at Bethany Vision Clinic and as a Member Services Representative at Arbor Day Foundation, where assistance to members and problem-solving were key responsibilities.
