Jose Antonio Centeno, MSHRM, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Legacy Pointe at UCF since July 2023. In this role, Jose coordinates all facets of HR administration within the community, including recruitment, payroll management, and compliance with employment laws. Prior to this, Jose worked as an HR Generalist at Heichel Plumbing, where responsibilities included recruitment support for multiple companies. Experience also includes a position as a Technical Recruiter at Inspyr Solutions, specializing in sourcing talent for major clients, and roles in management and marketing at Watercrest Santa Rosa Beach and the University of West Florida. Jose holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts-Advertising from the University of West Florida, along with a certificate in Digital Marketing.
