Katie Holterman, M.S. CCC-SLP, BCS-S has significant experience in the field of Speech-Language Pathology. Katie currently holds the position of Senior Director of Clinical Programming at Legacy Healthcare Services starting from June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at EnduracareAC as the Director of Education and Compliance from January 2019 to May 2020, where they oversaw clinical competence, education, and compliance for staff in 43 healthcare facilities across multiple states.

From August 2016 to January 2019, Katie served as the Regional Director of Education and Development at Care One Management, LLC, focusing on ensuring clinical competence, compliance, and education for the rehabilitation staff. Katie implemented innovative programs to advance patient care.

Katie Holterman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders and Psychology from the University of Rhode Island, from 1995 to 1999. Katie then pursued a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Ithaca College, from 1999 to 2000. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) in December 2000. Furthermore, they achieved the status of Board Certified Specialist in Swallowing/Swallowing Disorders from the American Board of Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders in February 2012. Most recently, in March 2018, Katie obtained a certification as a Certified Instructor in Dementia Capable Care from the Crisis Prevention Institute.
