Howard Thuraiappah, MBA, is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in healthcare and banking. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Legacy Health LLC since August 2016, Howard has progressed through various roles including Manager and Assistant Manager in both Operations and Patient Services. Prior to Legacy Health, experience includes significant contributions at MediGain from August 2009 to March 2018, where roles spanned from Assistant Manager of Patient Services to Team Lead in Customer Services. Additional banking experience includes positions at Nations Trust Bank PLC, HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Mashreq Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank, starting in September 2004. Howard obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Northampton between 2018 and 2021, following foundational education at Christ King College Colombo.
