Maria Rios possesses extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration, currently serving as the Senior Benefits and HR Administrator at Legacy Funeral Group since June 2019. Previously, Maria worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Legacy Funeral Group, and held the position of Benefits Administrator at AVANCE Houston, Inc. from March 2014 to June 2019. Earlier in their career, Maria acted as Department Secretary at St. Luke's Episcopal Health System and as Human Resources Administrator at Synergy Holding Management. Maria holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Houston Community College, earned between 1999 and 2002.
