Joy N. White is a DNP candidate with a diverse and extensive background in nursing leadership and clinical operations. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Legacy Health since August 2024, Joy has previously directed clinical operations at UCI Health, managing patient care across multiple settings. Joy's impressive tenure with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs spanned 14 years, during which various roles included Senior Nurse Executive and Executive Director of the VA Veteran Experience Office. Academically, Joy is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus on Nursing Leadership and Evidence-Based Practice at California Baptist University, complemented by a robust education that includes advanced degrees in nursing, business administration, and psychiatric/mental health nursing.
