Todd Natzke has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Owner of Legacies, LLC, where they provided full transportation services for children and adults and trained staff on building relationships with boundaries. Todd later became a Board of Directors Member at Camp Victory. Prior to that, they were the Owner of ARSYS llc for eight years. Todd also worked as a SILS Counselor/Supervisor at Nekton Inc. for over a decade and as a Direct Care Professional at Cooperating Community Programs for five years.

Todd Natzke attended Rosemount High School from 1983 to 1986 and obtained their high school diploma. Todd then attended Austin High School in an undisclosed period of time, followed by Concordia University Mequon Wi from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Services. Finally, they went on to attend Concordia University St. Paul, Mn from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Social Services.
