Shashank Kankatti has worked as a Software Developer for Left Right Mind since 2022, a Senior Academic Counselor for Vedantu since 2021, and a Business Development Associate for BYJU'S since 2021.

Shashank Kankatti completed their Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai in 2015. Shashank then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University, Solapur, which they completed in 2018. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in Production (Manufacturing and Automation) from the Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2020.
