Denise Rogaar is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, knowledge management, and customer relationship management across various industries. Currently serving as Project Leader for corporate projects at Lefier since June 2022, Denise leads initiatives in continuous improvement, portfolio management, and process-oriented working, alongside significant contributions to ERP system restructuring and customer journey development. Previous roles include Product Owner and Manager of Knowledge Management at TKP Pensioen, as well as various managerial and analytical positions at Menzis, where a comprehensive CRM strategy and knowledge management processes were developed and implemented. With educational qualifications including a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Hanze and various certifications in business management, Denise combines strategic insight with technical expertise to enhance organizational effectiveness.
