Joanna Speed is the Founder and CEO of The AeroLambda Group, established in November 2022, which focuses on event production in the Aerospace & Defense industry. Joanna also serves as a Board Member at LeFiell Manufacturing and an Advisor for the Association for Corporate Growth - Los Angeles. Previously, Joanna held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Aeromed Group, overseeing communications, corporate marketing, and growth initiatives. Joanna's extensive experience includes serving as Managing Director of Aviation at Informa, where Joanna led the SpeedNews Legacy Conferences and developed the A&D portfolio of events. Additionally, Joanna managed SpeedNews Conferences and Subscription Services, focusing on supplier conferences for senior decision-makers in the industry. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and is recognized for expertise in business development, growth strategies, and audience engagement.
