Sarah Forrer is an experienced professional in user experience, change management, and training, currently serving as Responsable Usages & Adoption at Lefebvre Dalloz since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions at onepoint from November 2016 to April 2024, including Leader People Experience & Change Management and Consultante Conduite du Changement & Formation. Previous consulting experience includes work at Accenture from August 2014 to October 2016, where Sarah supported change management efforts for EDF’s nuclear information system, impacting over 25,000 users. Earlier in Sarah's career, various roles included managing training projects at La Banque Postale and deployment of IT solutions at Arpège.
