Pauline Baronner is an experienced A&O psychologist, career and mobility advisor, and coach currently working at Leeuwendaal since January 2014, where the focus is on supporting organizations in both the public and profit sectors. Additionally, since August 2024, Pauline has been a personal coach at Villa Abel, aiding students with autism and/or ADHD in developing independence and self-sufficiency. Prior experience includes roles as an assessment psychologist and career advisor at Higher & Company, as well as at Meurs Assessments and Meurs HRM, contributing expertise in selection, development, and career guidance. Pauline's career began in recruitment at Pink Elephant, targeting emerging IT professionals during a significant industry boom. Pauline holds various qualifications, including a post HBO as an autism specialist and training in ADHD coaching, with a Master's degree in Strategic decision making from Leiden University.
