Nick van der Heide is an experienced assessment psychologist and advisor currently working at Belastingdienst since March 2023. With a robust background in selection psychology, Nick has held freelance roles at LTP Business Psychologen and Leeuwendaal, as well as positions at FlexAssessment and Gemeente Rotterdam, among others. A former selection psychologist for Politie Nederland, Nick has been actively involved in various capacities within organizations including the Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen. Educationally, Nick holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and completed secondary education at Keizer Karel College Amstelveen.
