Astrid Van Dael-Vrijman has extensive experience in HR consultancy, currently serving as an Adviseur strengths-based werken at Leeuwendaal since July 2011, where the focus is on optimizing organizations and mobilizing people across various sectors, including government, semi-government, healthcare, and education. Additionally, Astrid manages the traineeship program Leeuwendaal Bruist! and has established and expanded the Interim HR service within the organization. Prior to Leeuwendaal, Astrid worked at USG Capacity from September 2002 to July 2011, holding roles such as Senior Consultant Marketing & Communicatie and Consultant Communicatie, where responsibilities included recruiting communication professionals and mentoring new consultants.
