Charlene Owen has extensive experience in retail and customer service, currently serving as Bathroom and Kitchen Lead Taker at Leekes since March 2021, where responsibilities include supporting designers and customers while maintaining high departmental standards. Charlene previously held the position of Bathroom Lead Taker at Leekes from September 2011 to August 2019 and gained varied experience working across multiple departments, including Sales Consultant, where a notable achievement included photographing a celebrity chef for promotional purposes. Prior to Leekes, Charlene worked as a Sales Assistant at B&Q and as Bar Staff at Gwernllwyn night club. Charlene holds a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare and an HND in Public Services, as well as various educational credentials from Ysgol Gyfun Ystalyfera.
