Rosie Fordham is an experienced property management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Group Leader - Estates at Barnsley Council since January 2023, Rosie previously held the position of Principal Land and Property Officer at Leeds City Council from January 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director for Moorgarth Property Management Limited, Associate Director at both Lambert Smith Hampton and BNP Paribas Real Estate, and Deputy National Account Manager at DTZ. Rosie also served as Regional Estates Manager at Boxclever and held a Management Surveyor position at National Mutual Life Assurance Society, along with earlier experience as Estate Surveyor at Aylesbury Vale District Council. Rosie holds a BSc(Hons) in Urban Land Economics, Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 1995.
