James Groom is currently the Emergency Planning & Response Manager at the London Borough of Hackney, where James leads the emergency planning and business continuity teams. James has previous experience as a Business Continuity Manager at the same company and as a Force Resilience and Business Continuity Co-ordinator at the British Transport Police. James also worked as an Exercise and Resilience Team Co-ordinator at the Civil Nuclear Constabulary. James has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Disaster Management & Emergency Planning from Coventry University.
