Mark Mills is an experienced professional in asset management and regeneration, currently serving as the interim Chief Officer for Asset Management and Regeneration at Leeds City Council. Previously held roles include Head of Asset Management and Executive Manager for Regeneration at Leeds City Council, as well as Commercial Opportunities Officer at Barnsley Council. Mark Mills commenced the career at Wakefield Metropolitan District Council, where positions included Senior Project Officer and Project Assistant.
