Tim Steere is an experienced professional in customer insight and data management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Insight at Leeds Building Society since August 2014 and also holds the position of Chairperson at AURA Insight since 2013. Previously, Tim worked at RWE npower from November 2010 to August 2014, where roles included Insight and Data Manager and Insight Lead. Tim's academic background includes a degree from The University of Manchester, completed between 2003 and 2005.
