Goitome Fekade is an Associate Attorney at Lee Smart, P.S., Inc. since September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at Fekadu Shibeshi Law Firm, where responsibilities encompassed drafting and filing legal documents, submitting immigration briefs, and conducting client intake interviews. Goitome Fekade also worked as a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern at the King County Bar Association's Housing Justice Project, providing legal consultations to residential tenants facing eviction and negotiating with landlords. Additionally, an internship with the International Rescue Committee involved immigration-related tasks. Goitome Fekade holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in General Studies from the University of Washington School of Law, earned in 2020.
