Samantha Head is an experienced healthcare professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Critical Care Outreach Nurse at Lee Health since October 2012, Samantha's responsibilities include responding to Code Blues and leading Medical Emergency teams. Previous roles at the same institution include Intensive Care Nurse and Trauma Nurse, focusing on trauma nursing and critical care. Samantha's professional background is complemented by early experience in customer service and sales at Pier 1 Imports from 2009 to 2012. Academically, Samantha holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Critical Care Nursing from the University of South Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami.
