Eric Roberts possesses extensive experience in customer service and management within the health and fitness industry. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist for Lee County Tax Collector since May 2022, Eric previously excelled as the General Manager at Town Sports International, where strong relationships and performance improvement were prioritized. Over a span of 22 years, Eric owned and managed a health club, covering various aspects of operations until its sale in 2018. Additional roles include Health Club Consultant at Club Central and Sales Manager at Hollywood Health Spa, where significant sales growth was achieved. Early in Eric's career, a rapid ascent to Manager at Jack Lalanne - Bally’s demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Hofstra University.
