Daniel Ballard currently holds the position of Operations Manager at Lee Company since June 2023, having previously served as Senior Site Supervisor. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Manager of Facilities at Pacira Biosciences, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing facilities and process equipment for manufacturing and research operations. Daniel has extensive experience in facilities management, having worked as Facilities Manager at Organogenesis Inc. and Maintenance Manager at Champagne French Bakery Cafe, among others. Daniel's career began in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Avionics Technician Supervisor, and education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and two Associate's degrees from ITT Technical Institute.
