Thomas G. Buist, Jr., SIOR, is an experienced broker specializing in industrial, land, and investment properties at Lee & Associates Charleston since January 2012. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a Senior Broker focusing on industrial services at NAI Avant, LLC from January 2011 to January 2012 and was the Senior Vice President of Industrial Services at Grubb & Ellis | WRS from 1995 to January 2011. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of South Carolina, where education was completed from 1985 to 1989, and graduated from Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia, from 1981 to 1985.
