Catherine Bardier has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Starting in 1989, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at The Flatley Company - Tara Hotels until 1997. From 1997 to 2000, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Yankee Book Peddler. Catherine then joined The Sheridan Group as the VP of Human Resources from 2000 to 2009. In 2009, Catherine became the VP of Human Resources at New London Hospital, a role they held until 2014. From 2013 to 2015, they also worked as the VP of Human Resources at Elliot Health System. In 2016, Catherine took on the position of Director of Community Health and Wellness at New London Hospital until 2022. Currently, they are the SVP Director of Human Resources at Ledyard National Bank, a position they assumed in March 2022. Additionally, Catherine has served as an Adjunct Faculty at Granite State College since December 2019.
