Peter Ploszay, CSM, is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in collaboration, customer communication, and product software development. Currently serving as Sr. Global IT Leader at LEDVANCE since June 2016, Peter oversees a global team managing applications and infrastructure for LEDVANCE.com and SYLVANIA. Previously, Peter spent 16 years at OSRAM, taking on roles such as Global IT Solutions Manager, where expertise was applied in product software development and embedded systems, and IT Manager for Web & Collaborative Apps Development, leading a project to migrate SYLVANIA.com. Other key roles included Web & SAP Development Manager and Senior Web Developer, focusing on software development and cross-functional collaboration in large-scale projects. Peter holds a degree from Saint Anselm College.
