Brandon Barcenilla

Brandon Barcenilla has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Brandon began their career as a Mailing and Shipping Consultant at Pitney Bowes, where they sold and marketed mail stream software, hardware, services, and solutions. From there, they transitioned to Essilor, where they worked as a Brand Consultant, marketing the Varilux and Crizal Brands to Independent Eye Care Professionals and providing strategic planning for growth and profitability.

Barcenilla then moved on to Signet Armorlite, Inc. as a Territory Manager, responsible for selling and marketing eyeglass lenses and lens grinding services. Brandon also played a key role in establishing sales training and development activities.

Afterwards, Barcenilla joined Hoya Vision Care as a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for selling and marketing eyeglass lenses and lens grinding services to wholesale lens laboratories and eye care practitioners. Brandon focused on new business development, strategic planning, and educating and training doctors and staff on product details and profit maximization.

Barcenilla then took on the role of Regional Account Manager at Ophthonix, Inc., where they were responsible for sales of a diagnostic instrument in wavefront guided ophthalmic lenses. Brandon educated optometrists and ophthalmologists on new applications and implemented practice management concepts to stimulate financial growth.

Returning to TCP Lighting, Barcenilla held various positions including District Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager, where they focused on sales in the C&I South Region. Brandon worked with clients in implementing lighting solutions and achieving sales targets.

Barcenilla briefly worked at Metra Associates, Inc. as the Director of Marketing and Business Development, before joining LEDVANCE as the Director of Agent Sales, where they manage U.S. Trade sales.
