Justin Schuchardt is an experienced winemaker with a strong background in wine production and operational management. Currently serving as Associate Winemaker at Ledson Winery & Vineyards since June 2017, Justin collaborates closely with the winemaker on wine quality assessments and blending trials, contributing to highly rated wines and successful sales. Previous roles include Assistant Winemaker at Schweiger Vineyards, where responsibilities included managing wine production and laboratory analysis, and ownership of Cafe 4040, a fast-casual restaurant. Justin's earlier career also featured roles as Cellar Hand at Envy Wines and Cakebread Cellars, gaining hands-on experience in grape processing and fermentation. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Film/Video and Photographic Arts from the University of Arizona.
