John Glover has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. John began their career in 1991 at TD Securities, where they held various senior roles and successfully turned around the FX Sales and Trading business in the UK. In 2009, John joined Barclays Bank, where they established their Capital Markets presence in Canada and achieved significant market share and service quality rankings. After leaving Barclays in 2015, John worked as a Partner at Validus Risk Management, providing risk advisory services to alternative asset managers. In 2021, they joined Ledn as the Chief Investment Officer, and later took on the additional role of Chief Risk Officer. Currently, John serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Masters of Financial Economics program at Western University.
John Glover has an MBA in Finance/Entrepreneurship from the Schulich School of Business, York University. John also has a BSc. in Chemistry from Western University. In addition, John has obtained a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) certification from the Canadian Securities Institute. John also holds a Series 30 certification from FINRA.
