In 2016, they worked as a Sales and Production Manager at Aparato, Vice President at LED Lighting Group, LLC, and Senior Vice President at Osheen Electronics Pvt. Ltd.

Arvind Santul obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Radha Govind Engineering College, Meerut. Arvind completed their education at this institution from 2010 to 2014.
