Tom Bayerl is the current President at Lectronix, and they have been in this position since March of 2003. Prior to this, Tom Bayerl was the Sr. VP of Product Development at the same company from March 2003 to March 2013. Before Lectronix, Inc., Tom Bayerl was a Co-Founder and VP Engineering at Telgen Corporation from March 1994 to August 2002. There, they helped engineer and manufacture advanced telecommunication electronics. They developed products on contract for other companies and became a sole source supplier of customer premise equipment used by Sprint for their nation-wide rollout of their "ION" network: an ISDN-based VoIP local phone and internet service.

Tom Bayerl is a Michigan State University alumnus.
