Matthew Kosloske is an experienced professional in product management and development. Currently serving as Director of NPD at Lectric eBikes since February 2022, Matthew previously held roles at Milwaukee Tool as Associate Product Manager, where responsibilities included product planning in the carpentry and cutting division. At Hayes Bicycle Group, Matthew developed over 30 new product launches and conducted financial feasibility studies as Product Manager and Project Manager. Earlier experiences include a Marketing Coordinator position at Gazelle Bicycles U.S.A. and a Customer Service Specialist role at REI. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and German from Valparaiso University, with ongoing studies at Reutlingen University since 2016.
