Rosie Xiang is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading recruitment efforts for Lectra since August 2022, overseeing end-to-end recruitment in the APAC region. Prior to this role, Rosie served as the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Aventura, contributing to the growth of brands in the China consumer market from January 2021 to August 2022. Rosie's career began at Stratasys as a Regional HR Officer and Talent Acquisition expert, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting across multiple APAC regions from May 2018 to January 2021. Early professional experience includes a position as a Customer Advisor at Bulgari in London from August 2017 to March 2018. Rosie holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Guilin University of Technology.
