Jessica Packett has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Services and Director of Payroll at LeCom Utility Contractors since May 2003. In this role, Jessica oversees payroll operations, handles claims management, and supports executive functions. Prior to this position, Jessica worked at Eastern Michigan Agencies, Inc. from April 2001 to June 2003 as a Front Desk Receptionist, where responsibilities included marketing and conducting cold calls.
