Troy Johnson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in plant maintenance and operations management. Currently serving as a Plant Service Technician at Lechler Inc. since November 2018, Troy has also held positions at AmeriChem Systems Incorporated as Assistant Operations Manager and Machine Shop Coordinator since July 2015. Prior experience includes leading a welding team as Lead Welder at Neumetal Fabrication from March 2011 to April 2015. Troy holds an Associate's degree in Welding and Metal Fabrication from Fox Valley Technical College, earned between 1994 and 1997.
