Joel Mendez has extensive engineering experience, currently serving as Project Engineer, Application Engineer, and Sales Engineer at Lechler Inc. since August 2013. Prior to this, Joel worked as a Sales Engineer at Haskris Company, where responsibilities included providing customized heat transfer solutions and managing OEM accounts. Joel also held positions as Design Engineer at Illinois Lock Company and New Product Introduction Engineer at Elkay Manufacturing, showcasing a strong background in product development, design documentation, and cross-functional team leadership. Joel's education includes a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Northern Illinois University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from DeVry, and an Associates degree in Computer Aided Design from Triton College.
