Budi Francisco has extensive work experience in various engineering roles and leadership positions. Budi began their career at Data M Corp. as the Vice President from 1993 to 2001. Budi then worked at RMTS as a Senior Engineer in Roll Forming from 2003 to 2010. Later, Budi joined Lechler Inc. where they held multiple positions, including Senior Design Engineer in the Metallurgical Division from 2010 to 2012, Engineering Manager from 2013 to present, and most recently, they became the Director of Engineering in August 2022. Throughout their career, Budi has demonstrated their expertise in design and development, system analysis, and project management within the engineering field.

Budi Francisco completed their education at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 2000, earning a degree in Wirtschaftsing.wesen (Dipl.Ing.). Prior to that, they attended the Technical University of Munich from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering (DIpl. Ing).
