Zoë Andreae's work experience is as follows:

- From May 2017 to present, they are the Chief Executive Officer of LECARE GmbH, a company specializing in legal management software for legal departments. Zoë also completed their Master's thesis on legal tech during this time.

- In March 2017, they briefly served as the Managing Director of LECARE GmbH.

- Since October 2020, they have been a Board Member of DIE JUNGEN UNTERNEHMER, an organization supporting young entrepreneurs.

- Starting in January 2019, they have been a Member of the Supervisory Board at the Liquid Legal Institute e.V., a platform promoting new ways of thinking in the legal sector through digitalization and technological innovations.

- In August 2018, they co-founded Legal Hackers Hamburg, a legal tech community.

- In October 2017, they worked as a Legal Tech at CodeX, The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics.

- From October to December 2016, they worked as a Venture Capital Fall Analyst at Earlybird Venture Capital.

- From November 2012 to October 2016, they served as a Legal Tech, Corporate Strategy & Business Development Consultant at LECARE GmbH.

- In November 2015, they participated as a candidate in Startup Weekend, organized by Google for Entrepreneurs.

- From April to July 2015, they worked as a Global Venture Development Intern at Rocket Internet SE.

- In April 2015, they held the role of Regional Sales Management Executive at ZALORA Group, where they handled data analysis and evaluation, implemented new initiatives and business processes across Southeast Asia.

Zoë Andreae has a diverse education history. In 2009, they obtained a Double Degree in German Abitur and International Baccalaureate from Helene Lange Gymnasium in Hamburg. Zoë then attended Gordonstoun School in Scotland for a year abroad and earned AS Levels. From 2011 to 2014, Zoë pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in General Management at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. During their studies, they also completed a semester abroad at IÉSEG School of Management in Paris, France, and Chinese Language Studies at Tongji University in Shanghai, China.

Continuing their education, Zoë enrolled at Esade in 2015 and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Barcelona, Spain by 2016. Zoë also participated in an Executive Education program on Doing Business in Latin América at Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia during the same period. In 2016, Zoë attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for Business Analysis and Valuation.

Zoë pursued additional education in 2017, attending Stanford University for Design Thinking at Stanford d.school and the University of St.Gallen for the St. Gallen Management Program.

In 2018, Zoë attended the Harvard Business School for a Disruptive Strategy program and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the Stanford LEAD Program in Corporate Innovation. Zoë continued their education in 2020 at Esade, engaging in Executive Education focused on B2B Management.

To further enhance their skills, Zoë obtained several certifications, including the Adwords Fundamentals Certification, The Digital Garage Certificate of Online Proficiency, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and The Data Scientist’s Toolbox by Johns Hopkins University. Zoë also completed the TOEFL iBT and received the Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge.

Most recently, in 2022, Zoë engaged in a program at Harvard University on Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age.
