Melissa Riederer is an experienced educator and facilitator with a robust background in environmental science, horticultural science, and educational programming. Currently serving as an Educator at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Melissa develops and delivers a variety of educational programs. As a Global Facilitator for USA Girl Scouts Overseas, expertise is applied in training volunteers and enhancing the Girl Scouts program. Contributions to the organization also include serving as an Alternate National Council Delegate and mentoring young women as a troop leader. Additional roles include Master Educator at Leave No Trace Center For Outdoor Ethics and extensive volunteer work with the Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Horticultural Science from Cornell University and a Master of Education from the University of Essex Online.
